The Adventure Starts :)

Hey friends & family!

For those of you who are signed up for my email newsletter, I am now going to be using this website to make updates! It will be easier to post more frequent updates and photos. A blog is also just easier to share and get the word out to more people!

I am so excited to share some of my journey with lots of fun memories and times, but also some hard moments and sin struggles along the way.

I arrived in Orlando FL on Tuesday September 6th! Here, my team and I have already attended several days of training. These last few days have been long and exhausting but VERY encouraging! They have been filled with good times in the word and deep conversations. I am learning so much and I am SO excited for what is to come! As this year and new transition for me is becoming a practical reality, my heart is being filled with so much hope and peace! I am so confident in the fact that the Lord is going to do AMAZING things this year. I don't want to put God in a box and think I know His limits. I want to be completely shocked and wowed by the transforming power of Jesus in my life and in the lives of people all over the world. One of the reasons why I am so sure and convinced of His great plan for me this year is the fact that I have been experiencing some noticeable Spiritual Warfare going on in my heart. I can't remember if I mentioned this in detail in my previous email update, but the beginning of the summer was pretty rough mentally for me. However, the fact that I have been experiencing hard spiritual battle and even the fact that I have been able to notice it, makes me more certain of God's amazing plan for this year and my life. The devil wouldn't come after something if it didn't have any meaning.

Anyway, as you can tell, I am just crazy excited for these next 8 (&some) months. :)) Obviously a lot of mixed feelings going on, but I honestly say I feel at home. Being a part of what God is doing around the world is the craziest thing I've ever experienced.
